What is check in and check out time?

Check in time is 3:00 P.M. and check out time is 12 Noon. Early check in and late check out may be available for a fee depending on availability. Please call the day of arrival for early check in availability or the night before departure for late checkouts.

Is it true there are NO resort fees?

That's right, the Hotel Constance does not charge a resort fee.

Do you have a free local shuttle?

Yes, we have a free Mercedes Benz shuttle that will take you within a three mile radius of the hotel for free. The hours of the shuttle are 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.

How far are you from the major airports and do you have an airport shuttle?

We do not offer airport shuttle service but there are several carriers online. Uber and Lyft are also good options. The closest airports are BUR 16.6 miles, LAX 27.8 miles and ONT 36.2 miles. All the major car rental companies are located at these airports. Budget, Avis and Enterprise are also located close to the hotel.

Where do I park?

Our new self-parking garage is now open and parking is $19.00 per night.

What are the hours for the rooftop pool, hot tub and the poolside fitness center?

The rooftop pool, hot tub and poolside fitness center are open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily (hours may vary for routine maintenance or special events).

Do you place a hold on my debit card when I check in?

We authorize credit cards and debit cards for the total price of your stay plus incidental charges. If your reservation was prepaid then we only authorize for incidental charges. We also accept cash payments but only upon checkout and after a credit or debit card has been authorized.

Do you allow parties or outside food and beverages?

We want all of our guests to have a fun and pleasant experience but we don't allow parties or events that disturb or disrupt other guests. Outside food and beverages are welcome in your room but not if your group exceeds eight persons or if the event is too loud or disruptive. To protect our guests, the hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. If a guest engages or participates in disruptive, illegal or inappropriate behavior, the guest or guests may be denied access to the hotel or it's services at the hotel's discretion. All registered guests and their guests are required to follow hotel policies and directives.

Can I bring a photographer to take pictures at the hotel?

Photos and videos taken with personal cell phones and personal cameras are always welcome. You will need a permit from the hotel to use a photographer, set-up special lighting or to use photo equipment at the hotel.. The permit process requires a liability release, certificate of insurance and a special fee to be paid three weeks in advance of the photo shoot.
