Is it true there are NO resort fees?

That's right, the Hotel Constance does not charge a resort fee.

Do you have a free local shuttle?

Yes, we have a free Mercedes Benz shuttle that will take you within a three mile radius of the hotel for free. The hours of the shuttle are 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.

How far are you from the major airports and do you have an airport shuttle?

We do not offer airport shuttle service but there are several carriers online. Uber and Lyft are also good options. The closest airports are BUR 16.6 miles, LAX 27.8 miles and ONT 36.2 miles. All the major car rental companies are located at these airports. Budget, Avis and Enterprise are also located close to the hotel.

Where do I park?

Currently, our only parking option is valet parking for $25.05 per night or free overnight street parking but that is very limited and difficult to find in Pasadena. Our new self-parking garage will be opening soon and it will offer a better parking value. The scheduled opening date for self-parking is November 1st but that is subject to change.

What are the hours for the rooftop pool, hot tub and the poolside fitness center?

The rooftop pool, hot tub and poolside fitness center are open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily (closed for special events).

Do you place a hold on my debit card when I check in?

We authorize credit cards and debit cards for the total price of your stay plus $75 per night for incidental charges. If your reservation was prepaid then we only authorize the $75 per night incidental charges. We also accept cash payments but only upon checkout and after a credit or debit card has been authorized.
